Broadcast Schedule

The Black & Gold’s 2013 television broadcast partner is FOX Sports Ohio, with three matches being showcased on national television throughout the season. The Crew’s road contest against D.C. United on March 23, along with the team’s home tilt against the New York Red Bulls on May 4, will be carried by NBC Sports Network. The Black & Gold’s road fixture against the New York Red Bulls on May 26 will be available nationally via newly-branded Spanish language network UniMas, with the English broadcast on FOX Sports Ohio. All other contests are being carried by FOX Sports Ohio, the area’s premier regional sports network, bringing the Black & Gold to more than 5.5 million homes across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and parts of West Virginia. The Crew’s 2013 radio partner is 610 AM WTVN, with the network carrying the club’s complete 2013 MLS schedule.

The Columbus Crew also announced that Spanish-language network Univision Deportes Network (UDN) – Univision’s newly launched, American sports branch – has added four Crew matches to its 2013 broadcast schedule.

UDN is televising four Black & Gold matches this season, beginning with the April 6 contest against the Philadelphia Union at Crew Stadium. After televising the Crew’s May 18 match at Toronto FC, UDN will showcase back-to-back Crew broadcasts in June: a June 5 home battle against Philadelphia followed by the June 15 tilt at Montreal. Regionally, FOX Sports Ohio is set to carry the English-language rights for all four fixtures.
