Monday, August 19 marked the one-year anniversary of Federico Higuaín's first match with the Crew. Since debuting as a halftime substitute against the Houston Dynamo, the Argentine has become one of the top playmakers in MLS, earning the 2012 MLS Newcomer of the Year award along the way.
