Away from the pitch, Ryden loves to play golf – his father won a national championship on the golf course at Cameron University. His favorite TV show is The Office, his favorite movie is The Italian Job and he likes to listen to any genre of music except country. Growing up, he supported Chelsea. His all-time favorite players to watch are Ashley Cole and Vincent Kompany. His favorite soccer memory is scoring a headed goal off of a corner in double overtime to send his high school team to the state championship. If he weren't a soccer player, he would like to pursue a career in the golf industry or in some form of video editing/production.
