2013 Ticket Exchange Dates
Ticket exchange is an exclusive benefit for season ticket holders.
- Advanced ticket exchanges are strongly encouraged. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
- Ticket exchanges may be mailed to 1 Black & Gold Blvd., Columbus, OH 43211 or exchanged at the Crew Stadium Ticket Office Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm.
- All ticket exchanges on match day must be completed at the Crew Stadium Ticket Office no later than 60 minutes before kickoff.
- The original tickets must be turned in for an exchange to be processed. Once a ticket has been exchanged, it cannot be re-exchanged.
- All parking passes must be exchanged a minimum of one (1) business day in advance of the day the parking pass is originally scheduled for (i.e. A parking pass for 4/27 has to be exchanged prior to 4/27 and cannot be exchanged once that game passes).
- Exchanged tickets may not be combined with group sales orders or events.
- Add-on single-game tickets, group tickets or other types of tickets cannot be exchanged.

Exchange is an exclusive benefit of Crew Soccer Nation Gold and Black level members. This program allows your tickets for games you cannot attend to maintain their full value for other select Crew regular season home games.
