How can I forward my tickets to friends?

Go online to your account manager page, follow prompts to email tickets to friends. When they receive the email with the forwarded ticket, they will be able to print them off and bring them to the game. *Please note that there will be a nominal fee of $1.95 per ticket. (Fee subject to change)

How do I find my password for Account Manager?

The default for username will be your account number, which can be found on any statement or your Crew tickets. Passwords are also found on statements/invoices sent out by the Crew and can be edited when you first log in to Account Manager. If you can't remember yours, contact Client Services at 614-447-CREW or thecrew@thecrew.com.

How much are parking passes?

VIP parking passes are available to Center Circle Club season ticket holders only. Full season or half season parking passes are available for purchase in the B-Lot for just $10 per game. Day of game B-Lot parking is $12. General parking is available on the day of the game for $10 per car.

What should I do if I need more tickets?

We do offer special promotions throughout the year, so you can save money on additional tickets as well as get the closest seats possible to your current ones by contacting your personal Client Services representative at 614-447-CREW or thecrew@thecrew.com. Additional offers can also be found via the Crew Ticket Center.

What is the Crew Season Ticket Exchange Policy?

The program is an exclusive season ticket holder benefit to full season and 10-game plan holders, in which unused game tickets can be exchanged for specific future Crew regular season home games. This benefit allows you to retain the value of your season tickets even if you occasionally have to miss a game. Season tickets can be exchanged one time only. Once a ticket is exchanged, it cannot be re-exchanged. For 2012, full season ticket holders will have 12 dates available for ticket exchange. 10-game plan holders will have access to 6 ticket exchange dates. How do I exchange my tickets?

Tickets can be exchange three ways

  • via Mail- mail tickets to the Crew Stadium Box Office in advance with a note regarding which game you need tickets exchanged for
  • in person at the Crew Stadium Box Office
  • in person at the ticket booths on the day of the game, please arrive early to avoid waiting in line

Can I exchange my parking passes?

Parking passes can be exchanged but the exchange must take place a minimum of one (1) business day in advance of the date on the original parking pass. Once a date has passed we are unable to honor parking pass exchanges.

Where is Crew Stadium located and how do I get there?

Crew Stadium is located just north of downtown Columbus on Interstate-71. The stadium can be accessed from the 17th Street exit (111) or the Hudson St. exit (112).

Are there any nearby hotels with discounts for Crew Fans?

Sheraton Capital Square is the official Hotel of the Columbus Crew. Mention that you are a visiting Crew fan to receive our special fan discount rate.

Crew Stadium typically opens it gates for Crew games 90 minutes before kick-off. In the event of large crowds or special events a 120 minute advanced opening has been used.

Our Will Call windows are located in the Southwest Ticket Booth at Crew Stadium and open at 10am on game days. Photo IDs are required to pick up tickets. We also have Will Call open at the Crew Stadium Box Office from 9-5 Mon-Fri.

Do I get any special price/access to Crew Stadium Events?

The Columbus Crew CSN membership (Gold and Black Level) will receive priority purchasing for most Crew Stadium events. This applies to special exhibition matches as well as concerts and other events held at the stadium. Notification of these events/pre-sale will be done via email.

How will the Crew contact me regarding Concert and Special Event Pre-Sales?

The Columbus Crew will send out all Concert, Special Event and Crew Event notifications by email. Please be sure the email address you have on file is active and able to receive these notifications from the Crew.

What should I do about lost/stolen/forgotten tickets?

Please report any lost/stolen tickets to a Client Services representative at 614-447-CREW. We can re-issue tickets with a new barcode so any unaccounted for tickets become voided. There is a $5 re-printing fee for any lost or forgotten tickets.

Where is the Lost and Found?

Lost and Found is located at the Customer Service Window on the West Side Plaza of the Plaza. For lost and found questions please contact the Crew Ticket Office at 614-447-4169.
