Accessibility Info

Accessible Parking

  • Parking lots and garages throughout the arena district offer accessible (you must have a state-issued disability-parking hangtag or license plate) spaces. During heavily attended events or on days when multiple events occur, demand for accessible parking may exceed the available supply. Please arrive early and reserve parking in advance.
  • Accessible shuttle buses are available for guests with a pickup zone on Marconi Boulevard. The shuttle pick up point is on Marconi Boulevard next to the large neon sign that says “park” just across the railroad tracks. The shuttle drops attendees off at the Tipico Sportsbook Gate in the Northwest corner of Lower.com Field. Shuttle service operates from four (4) hours prior to kick off until four (4) hours following the conclusion of the match.

Accessible Seating

Accessible Restrooms and Family Restrooms

  • All restroom facilities at Lower.com Field are accessible. In addition, there are family/unisex restrooms on the main concourse (100 level) and South and West Mezzanine (200 Level).

Sensory Inclusive Venue

  • Sensory Rooms are located outside Section 120 on the main concourse.
  • Sensory Inclusion Packs are available at the Koorsen Guest Services Center, located behind Section 112 on the Main Concourse, or outside the West Premium Lobby entrance. Packs intended to reduce impact of the in-person experience that may be overwhelming to some of our guests include items such as fidget toys, a weighted lap pad, sunglasses, non-verbal cards, and noise-reducing headphones. Guests taking a Sensory Inclusion Pack will be asked to leave a driver’s license as collateral.

Sensory Warning

  • Please be advised that fireworks and pyrotechnics will be used during the match. After a Crew goal and win, lighting effects will be utilized that may influence certain medical conditions.
  • Fans can take a Sensory Inclusion Pack by visiting the Koorsen Guest Services Center, located behind Section 112 on the Main Concourse, or outside the West Premium Lobby entrance. Packs intended to reduce impact of the in-person experience that may be overwhelming to some of our guests include items such as fidget toys, a weighted lap pad, sunglasses, non-verbal cards, and noise-reducing headphones. Wheelchair Assistance

  • Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available upon request at any entry point of Lower.com Field - arrangements do not need to be made in advance. The escort will take guests as close as possible to their seat and coordinate pick up after the event. Escort staff will not remain at the drop off location throughout the game and wheelchairs are not lent out for any reason.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol on the main concourse is served until the 80th minute of the match.
  • Alcohol in premium areas may not leave those areas after the 80th minute of the match.
  • Guests in Lower.com Field are expected to obey Ohio state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol.
  • Lower.com Field reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be impaired.
  • All guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol.
  • There will be a maximum limit of 2 alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase, per valid I.D.
  • Valid I.D. is required for purchase, Acceptable forms of valid identification are driver’s license, passport, United States passport card, state issues I.D. card w/photo, military I.D. w/photo, and consular I.D. card.
  • Lower.com Field reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of 21 who is observed to be in possession of, or consuming alcohol on the premises.
  • Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting Lower.com Field.
  • Alcohol service may be discontinued at the stadium or concessionaire’s discretion.

Animals

  • Only Service Animals are permitted inside Lower.com Field. The guest is responsible for the actions and for meeting all needs of the service animal.

App

Baby Changing Stations

  • Baby changing stations are in restrooms located behind sections 101, 102, 104, 108, 110, 111, 125, 126, 128, 129, 130, 133, 134, 143, 144 and in all Clubs and Lounges.

Bag Policy

  • Clutch bags smaller than 5”x8”x1”, diaper bags and medical bags are permitted into Lower.com – All bags are subject to inspection and may be refused.
  • Guests with medical or childcare needs will be permitted to carry a single bag into Lower.com Field. Notify a security supervisor as you arrive at the gate.
  • Guests must take prohibited bags either back to their vehicle, or may utilize the Bag check tent outside the Tipico Sportsbook Gate on the northwest corner of the Lower.com Field.

Ball Return Policy

  • Any ball kicked into the stands, must be returned to the nearest staff member. Do not throw the ball back onto the field of play.

Banners, Flags, & Signs

Fan flags, banners, signs and poles must be in good taste, pre-approved by Stadium Management prior to matchday and meet the following criteria:

  • Flags must be on PVC poles with no end caps and not longer than 3.5 feet.
  • May not be used to facilitate actions that are in violation of the Prohibited Items Policy or the Fan Code of Conduct.
  • May not include language or display symbols or images that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation.
  • May not display symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.
  • May not depict acts of violence.
  • May not cover existing stadium signage or unreasonably obstruct the view and enjoyment of guests outside of the recognized supporter group section.
  • May not present a public hazard by blocking aisles, walkways or stairs.
  • May not be taped, glued, or secured to stadium structure using adhesive of any kind.
  • May not in any way damage stadium structure such as railings, glass, paint, etc.
  • May not be constructed of wood, metal or other materials that may cause harm to others.
  • May not be used as a projectile.
  • May not adversely impact the sight lines for Broadcast or VAR.
  • May not affect the competition.

Fan and Recognized Supporter Group privileges related to flags, banners, signs and poles may be suspended or revoked at any time if deemed to violate Major League Soccer, Columbus Crew, or Stadium policies. Stadium Management may impose additional restrictions, such as a quantity limit, on items when appropriate.

Batteries

  • Electric or battery-powered apparel, signs, or loose batteries are not permitted.

Bike Valet

  • Bike Valet services are available near Lower.com Field at Neiland Dr. next to the pedestrian bridge.
  • Click on this link to view Alternate Transportation locations, including Bike Valet locations.
  • The Nearest COGO Bike Station is located at Nationwide Blvd. and Neil Ave.

Blankets

  • Blankets without batteries are allowed – they must be shaken out while passing through security. Stay warm!

Box Office

  • Matchday – the box office will open four hours prior to events on event days

Cameras & Video Equipment

  • Selfie Sticks, Tripods, bipods, and monopods are not permissible.
  • Any Cameras with a detachable lens and/or larger than 6 inches when fully extended, are prohibited. No camera bags of any kind are permitted.
  • Videotaping is not permitted without the consent of the Columbus Crew Public Relations department.

Cashless Venue - Cash2Card

  • Lower.com Field is fully cashless. Cash2Card machines are located at the Crew Shop, Sections 110, 126, and 144, and the Southeast Plaza.

Charging Stations

  • chargeFuze charging pay stations are located throughout the main concourse and in premium areas. Guest can download the chargeFuze app on Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Child Ticket Policy

  • Children under the age of 3 accompanied by their ticket-holding guardian do not need a ticket to be accepted into Lower.com Field.
  • EASE Party Deck – Located atop the Nordecke
  • Huntington Field Club – Located on the West Field Level
  • Lower.com Lounge – Located on the East Field Level
  • Tipico Sportsbook Club – Located on the Main Concourse East Side
  • River Club – Located on the Main Concourse West
  • Theatre Boxes – Located atop sections 131 and 101/102
  • Office Revolution Loge – Located on the East Concourse Level

Condado Tacos

  • Condado Tacos, located near the AEP Gate and Chase Community Plaza on the southeast corner of Lower.com Field, opens when gates open (1.5 hours prior to kickoff).

Costumes

  • Costumes are allowed provided they do not include prohibited items or pose a safety risk to other guests or violate other Lower.com Field policies.

Diaper Bags

  • Diaper bags are allowed with child. They will be searched and tagged at security during entry.

Drinking Fountains

  • Water fountains are located at the following locations: 110, 122, 125, 130, 132, 203, 237
  • Outside cans and bottles are prohibited at Lower.com Field.

Drones

  • Drones are strictly prohibited in and around Lower.com Field.

Drop off/ Pickup Locations

  • Fans may utilize Hanover Street shoulders for drop-off and pick-up zones. ADA drop off will be directed to the front of the stadium by traffic control

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

  • You can find electric vehicle charging stations at the following garages: Neil Ave., McConnell, and Marconi Garages. Electric vehicle charging stations will be available in the garage on Columbus Crew Way by March 25.

Elevators

Priority use of elevators will be given to guests and team members with limited mobility.

Elevator Locations:

  • West Lobby (Access to Huntington Field Club, NetJets Suite level and Netjets Landing Ledge Seats).
  • NW Main Concourse (Access to Upper Terrace and Ease Party Deck)
  • East Main Concourse (Access to Mezzanine and East 200 level Concourse)

Emergencies

  • During an emergency, locate the closest Lower.com Field staff member and follow their instructions and the instructions from the PA announcements.

Entry/Re-entry

  • No re-entry is permitted at Lower.com Field. Once you exit the secured area, you will not be able to re-enter.
  • Entry Gates:
  • Supporters with non-premium seating can enter the stadium through the following gates: AEP Gate (southeast corner); CoverMyMeds Gate (southwest corner); Tipico Sportsbook Gate (northwest corner)
  • Premium ticketholders can enter through the following gates: AEP Gate (southeast corner); CoverMyMeds Gate (southwest corner); Tipico Sportsbook Gate (northwest corner); West Lobby Premium Entrance (southwest corner)

Evolv Security Screening

Express Entry

  • Lower.com Field is now offering Express Entry featuring seamless and quick access into the stadium through Facial Ticketing. Look for the yellow “Express Entry” signs above turnstiles on the left-hand side of the AEP Gate (southeast corner).
  • Express entry is also available at all Clubs and Lounges.

Family Restrooms

  • Family restrooms are located behind sections 104, 110, 128, 133, Mezzanine, Huntington Field Club, and EASE Party Deck.

Fan Code of Conduct

  • Major League Soccer and the Columbus Crew promote good sportsmanship by players, coaches and fans and appreciates respectful behavior from all our guests to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone. Those who choose to engage in abusive, sexist, racial, obscene or disruptive language and chants will be subject to sanctions, including ejection from Lower.com Field and may lead to the suspension of this match.
  • Click here to view the MLS Fan Code of Conduct. Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in ejection.

Field Intrusion

  • Field access is prohibited without the correct Matchday Credential
  • Field intrusion by anyone not permitted are subject to ejection and prosecution.

Fireworks/Pyrotechnics

  • Fireworks and Pyrotechnics will be used during the match, fans can visit the Koorsen Guest Services Center, located behind Section 112 on the Main Concourse, for sensory bags.

First Aid

  • Guests can visit the First Aid room located at Section 104.

Gate Opening

  • Gates will open 1.5 hours (90 minutes) prior to the posted kickoff time.
  • Supporters with non-premium seating can enter the stadium through the following gates: AEP Gate (southeast corner); CoverMyMeds Gate (southwest corner); Tipico Sportsbook Gate (northwest corner)
  • Premium ticketholders can enter through the following gates: AEP Gate (southeast corner); CoverMyMeds Gate (southwest corner); Tipico Sportsbook Gate (northwest corner); West Lobby Premium Entrance (southwest corner)

Guest Service Center

  • Our Koorsen Guest Services Center is located behind Section 112 on the Main Concourse.

Lightning Policy

  • In the event of lightning, the event/match might be delayed. Listen to PA announcements, videoboard announcements, and Lower.com Field staff for directions on sheltering or evacuation.

Lost and Found

  • Lost items are to be turned in to the Koorsen Guest Services Center, located behind Section 112 on the Main Concourse.
  • Found items will be stored for 30 days and can be picked up in the Lower.com Field West Lobby 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Please submit your claim here for Lost & Found items.

Lost Person

  • Contact the nearest Lower.com Field staff member if you are lost or have lost someone in your party.

Media Policies

  • Media enter through the West Lobby; credentials are required for entry.
  • All bags and equipment are subject to search.
  • Media Will Call is at the Ticket Office located at the CoverMyMeds Gate on the southwest corner of Lower.com Field.

Nordecke Supporters Group

  • Seating for the Nordecke is located in Sections 124 to 130.
  • All Nordecke seating is General Admission but requires a ticket for Sections 124 to 130.
  • Tickets must be shown each time guests enter the Nordecke sections.

Nursing Room

  • The nursing mothers room is located behind Section 122.

Parking

  • Parking around Lower.com Field is available via Arena District parking. For more information and to purchase advance parking - Visit Parking Page
  • Surface lots open four (4) hours prior to kickoff on weekends and two (2) hours prior to kickoff on weekdays.

Prohibited Items

  • Aerosol or pressurized containers
  • Any missile or projectile-like object
  • Drones
  • Flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, and pyrotechnics
  • Food or beverage
  • Hoverboards, skateboards
  • Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals
  • Inflated Soccer balls
  • Laser pointers
  • Professional camera equipment; detachable lenses, tripods, battery packs, video cameras
  • Tripods & monopods for camera equipment
  • Laptops or tablets
  • Seat cushions with metal backs
  • Selfie sticks
  • Human Remains
  • Firearms and weapons of any kind (regardless of concealed carry permit)
  • Whistles or any other noisemaker outside of Vuvuzela horns
  • Any item deemed dangerous by Stadium Management

Recycling and Sustainability

  • Lower.com Field is committed to responsible recycling practices in all areas of the stadium with support from Rumpke, Ohio EPA and SWACO.
  • Recycling containers are marked with Blue lids and Recycling logos.
  • Recycling:
    • Cans, Bottles and plastic bottles
    • Pepsi cups and souvenir cups
    • Popcorn boxes and buckets
    • Cardboard containers

  • Please dispose of all other waste in non-recycle receptacles to keep Lower.com Field clean!

Restrooms

  • Restrooms are located around the concourse of Lower.com Field. All restrooms are accessible.

Rideshare Drop Off and Pickup Locations

  • Fans may utilize Hanover Street shoulders for drop-off and pick-up zones. ADA drop off will be directed to the front of the stadium by traffic control.

Scalping and Profiteering Policies

  • Scalping and Profiteering is prohibited around Lower.com Field. Violation of this policy will result in prosecution.

Scattering of Ashes

The Crew respects those people who may be interested in honoring a family member or friend by spreading their ashes on the grounds at Lower.com Field or Historic Crew Stadium. While we are unable to accommodate these requests, please contact the Crew to inquire about other ways we can help pay tribute to our ultimate fans.

Smoking/Vaping

Lower.com Field is a tobacco free facility in compliance with Chapter 3794 of the Ohio Revised Code. Smoking, vapor, e-cigarettes, and smokeless products are prohibited from use inside Lower.com field.

Tobacco use is permitted only in the following designated areas around the outside of the stadium:

  • Outside the Tipico Sportsbook Biergarten behind Sections 126-128.
  • Outside of the stadium, and at least 20ft from any stadium entry.
  • Tobacco use is prohibited in all other areas of Lower.com field including concourses and seating bowl.

Strollers/Car Seats

  • Strollers and car seats are permitted in Lower.com Field and are subject to security screening.
  • These items may not block aisles, seats or stairwells.
  • These items may be checked in at the Koorsen Guest Services Center, located behind Section 112 on the Main Concourse.

Tailgating

  • Parking lots around Lower.com Field are owned and operated independently. Tailgating policies may vary by lot. Please follow posted signs and information on ParkMobile.

Ticketing

  • Tickets are required of all individuals aged 3 years and older for entry into Lower.com Field.
  • To purchase individual or group tickets to a future Crew match or Lower.com Field Event, visit here.

  • Mobile Ticketing: Lower.com Field has moved fully to mobile/digital ticketing. No physical tickets will be used. For more information click here.

Trespassing

  • Trespassing is prohibited at Lower.com Field. Violators will be subject to prosecution.

Umbrellas

  • Collapsible, non-golf umbrellas are permitted inside Lower.com Field.
  • Umbrellas may not have metal tips or pointed edges.
  • Umbrellas may be used if, when open, it provides protection only to the guest holding it and does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the match or event. Similarly, the open umbrella must not compromise other guests' ability to view the match or event. As such, guests may be asked to close their umbrella if it is obstructing the view of other guests.
  • Large and/or golf umbrellas will not be permitted in Lower.com Field.

Video Board Messages

  • Guests may submit requests through the Name in Lights donation portal for future Crew Matches.

Will Call

  • Both Columbus Crew and visiting team will call is located at ticketing office next to the CoverMyMeds Gate on the southwest corner of Lower.com Field.
