2015 (Columbus): Has made six appearances (six starts) at rightback in his first season with Crew SC ... made his MLS and club debuts with a start against Houston (March 7) ... started the home opener against Toronto FC (March 14) ... helped the club keep consecutive clean sheets with starts at New England (April 11) and vs. Orlando (April 18). 

2014 (Boca Juniors): The defender played the 2013-14 Torneo Final with Boca Juniors, helping the club finish second while making 15 appearances (14 starts). Grana remained on loan with Boca Juniors as Argentina changed its soccer calendar, shifting to a summer schedule. The abridged 2014 season ran from August through December, and Grana played in five matches (five starts).

2013-14 (All Boys): Grana remained with All Boys in the Primera Division to begin the 2013-14 season, where he made 19 appearances (all starts) and scored his third professional goal, on November 30 versus Newell's Old Boys. He moved on loan to Boca Juniors following the Torneo Inicial.

2012-2013 (All Boys): The defender returned to All Boys on loan for his second stint with the club ahead of the 2012-13 season. Unlike in his first stint with the side, All Boys played in the Primera Division following promotion ahead of the 2010-11 season. Grana made a career-high 36 appearances (34 starts), and again found the back of the net, on October 27 versus Estudiantes.

2011-2012 (Belgrano): Grana began the 2011-12 season on another loan deal with Primera Division side Belgrano. He spent the duration of the season with Belgrano, making 22 appearances (12 starts) while scoring his first-career topflight goal, on September 25 versus Estudiantes in a 3-2 victory. He helped Belgrano to a fourth-place finish in the Apertura.

2011 (Quilmes): Grana finished the 2011 campaign in the Primera Division for Quilmes, where he made 13 appearances with nine starts.

2010-2011 (Lanus): Playing his third consecutive season in the topflight, Grana made 16 appearances (14 starts) for Lanus in the first half of the season. Midway through the season, he moved on loan to fellow Primera Division side Quilmes.

2009-2010 (Lanus): Grana made 26 appearances (23 starts) for Lanus, which finished ninth in the Apertura and seventh in the Clausura. The club qualified for the 2010 Copa Libertadores Second Stage, where the rightback made six appearances.

2008-2009 (Lanus): The rightback was again transferred, this time to Primera Division side Lanus. In his debut season in the topflight, he made 12 appearances (all starts) while helping Lanus to a fourth-place finish in the Apertura and a third-place finish in the Clausura. He also made two starts in the Copa Sudamericana.

2007-2008 (All Boys): Grana transferred to All Boys midway through 2007, where he made 39 appearances, scoring his first professional goal. He helped the club win the Primera B Metropolitana title, earning them promotion to the Second Division.

2007 (Los Andes): The defender moved to Los Andes for a brief period in 2007, making 21 appearances for the club.

2003-2006 (Platense): Grana began his professional career in 2003 with Third Division Side Platense. He made 26 appearance over his four years with the team, helping it win the Apertura championship of the Primera B Metropolitana in 2006.
