EXPRESS ENTRY PRIVACY DISCLOSURE
The Crew is pleased to provide you with Express Entry to Lower.com Stadium. To do that, we need an image of your face that can be used to identify you at the stadium. By uploading your picture, you consent to our possession, use, storage, and transmission of your image and likeness as shown on the picture as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Express Entry feature as it now operates and as it operates in the future, and consistent with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We will use your picture and biometric data only as necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the Express Entry functionality. We will maintain your information as long as you are enrolled in the program, and for so long as we may be required to under applicable law.
We will not sell or share your picture and biometric information to unaffiliated persons or entities, and will not use it for the purposes of targeted marketing or promotion. However, we may be compelled to disclose your picture and biometric information when required by applicable law or regulation or at the request of law enforcement organizations and agencies. We also may make your information available to service providers that assist us in offering, operating and maintaining the program.
We will store and use your picture and biometric information as long as you are enrolled in the Express Enter program. You may opt out of the program at any time by sending emailing your opt-out request to privacy@columbuscrew.com with the subject line \\face recognition opt-out\\ Once we receive your opt-out request, we will dispose of your picture and biometric information within a reasonable time.
